
Does anyone any knowledge of mortgages unusual?
I've been in my rented for more than four years and have a good relationship with my landlords. Now they want to sell the property and, as I have been a model tenant and are rich people who are willing to let me buy the home £ 40,000 to £ 60,000 less than so worth it! Unfortunately I do not respond to five times the income to do this, but I have two tenants me. Does anyone any knowledge in different ways to buy the property as this is an opportunity too good to pass up! Thank you very much for your help.
You could see if one of their tenants would be willing to come with you to offer – obviously then it would own the same ROPERTY but it would be better to miss completely. Or you could ask if the owners would be willing, first, to sell that (say) 80% of the house with the option to purchase the remaining interests in a couple of years. What I've won, obtaining t is anyone willing to pay more than 5 times the income (I, I'd be really surprised if lenders have become more sensitive to 3 or 3.5 times that prevailed). Nor is it likely to find someone who will have their tenants' income into account (by the way is allowed to sublet??)
