
What should I do with my accommodation?
I had it for over two years and has never been late on my mortgage payments and invoices. I have a tenant living there. the area where my rental property is in decline has almost half of my purchase price. I lost my job this year and still could not find one. What should I do? exclude or loan mortification. How to start either? If excluded, do I need a lawyer or the bank freeze my money? Thanks for reading
If you've never been late with their mortgage payments CALL YOUR MORTGAGE lender and explain your situation. Banks DO NOT want to exclude. They do NOT want your property. Would be very happy to have taken the first step to contact them. They have the power to give more time to return to their feet. Them can give you a few months break and roll the arrears back on what should and without penalty. You have options at this point. Do not sit and wait for the procedure exclusion to start. Call you tomorrow and ask for help. Let me know how it turns out.
