How serious would be to our credit if we buy a house, and let our condo fall into foreclosure?
I seek approval for another mortgage for a house because our condo will not sell. We live in southeast Michigan, and the market is terrible, and we have to enter a home.
Do not do that, better to try and rent a loss and then let it go into foreclosure, do not give up yet:)
