First time mortagages-perfect credit is not Canada (Ontario)?
We are looking for a decent first mortgage. My fiance is employed with a local authority I am currently a housewife (pregnant with our second boy). We have an income of about $ 42 thousand a year. Our truck is paid off, no more than about $ 300 a month in credit card / loan payments. Not on the mortgage with it (student loans in my name.) What I need are some mortgage companies to finance the purchase of housing, if you have less than great credit. My ex-boyfriends of their poor credit status, so even tho works a good steady job, your credit is not perfect but not bad. I do not expect to get a mortgage bank. Live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada). The links to mortgage companies would be appreciated!
