Anyone every heard of a home refinance closing?
I was refinancing my house with Bank of America by e-mail / post for about a month. I sent my documents and told me I should be closing in January now I wrote that I have my papers and I would like to close on Thursday this week and the closure will be in my house. Has anyone heard of closing a refinancing done at the property? This is my first time so I do not want to be scammed. They came to me with this offer, and I have a mortgage with the Board of Auditors for what I already had my information. TIA
It happens all the time. His house is often more convenient for you and everyone else. Whether at home or close to a title company or attorney in an office, you can still get a bad mortgage. Regardless of poor quality business they want to do can be done anywhere. Do not let the "where" closes any other factor. I've heard of people meeting in a restaurant a notary to close their loan.
