Where I can get an FHA mortgage for a manufactured home on 2 acres.?
I am interested in this property that has a manufactured home in it with a post POLO BARN 4-5, FENCED IN LOT WITH A paved road. All this occurs about two hectares. I have to find a lender to help me get this with little money down.
In order to qualify need to evaluate and be on a permanent basis (at least this has been my experience as a real estate agent). Sure to find a loan officer offering FHA or Conv. fixed-rate loans from 95% to 100% and ask your loan officer all of your questions such as what are your closing costs.
