How can you buy a mobile home in Florida without payment?
I found the perfect property in central Florida. It is just off my best friend. It is one acre of land with an old house single-wide mobile on it. This is the only home they can afford without being an absolute hovel any property. I love this because I would be spending most of my money in property investment, and I could build my dream house on it later. The problem is that I have no signal. I was told that there are programs out there that help with that. I was cleared by my bank for the mortgage, so I have good credit. However, each government program I could find not help you with the purchase of a mobile home, not SHIP, no purchase of its first non-Fannie Mae, no HOME, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions about it?
