How long do we have to go?
My boyfriend and I had to file bankruptcy cause Fords "cuts" … all However we were buying a modular home before the fall of the economy but now has to give back home .. live in Michigan and no bankruptcy lawyers I know its * ss from a hole in the ground … We are giving the house, do not pay the mortgage repayments, rent a lot of good cause unemployment just does not … anyway for the law how long do we have? Do we have to b served with a notice? i know we have to move and packing as type I, but in the community where we live, where we saw things people have been thrown into the streeet … we do not want that to happen … asked the bankruptcy lawyer if we are to achieve a certain amount of time, if we served the papers b and said "you should, perhaps, be prepared" .. We are two adults (no children) … How long do we have to move according to Michigan law (it a modular)?
What is a legal action for what must go through the proper procedure .. that must be filed in court and a court date must issued and therefore has to be served … so it only takes about 30 days from the courtdate this is only a rough estimate, but you can call the court …
